CdA Boat Rentals – Account & Rental Terms & Conditions By creating an account, booking a watercraft, or using any equipment provided by CdA Boat Rentals, you ("Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions: Age & Qualification Requirements: The primary operator must meet all minimum age requirements, present a valid government-issued photo ID, and complete our mandatory pre-departure safety orientation prior to boarding. Cancellations & Weather Policy: Cancellations must be made in accordance with our active policy window. CdA Boat Rentals reserves the right to cancel or pause any rental due to severe weather, high winds, or unsafe water conditions, in which case a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided. Security Deposit & Financial Responsibility: A refundable security deposit is required at booking. The customer is fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the watercraft, motor, propeller, or safety equipment during the rental period, up to the total repair or replacement cost. Operating Rules & Boundaries: Watercraft must remain strictly within the authorized operating zones designated on the company map. CdA Boat Rentals enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for operating any vessel under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Violation of safety or boundary rules will result in immediate termination of the rental without refund. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release: Boating involves inherent risks, including property damage, personal injury, and drowning. By creating an account and renting equipment, you voluntarily assume all risks for yourself, your passengers, and any minors in your party, and you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless CdA Boat Rentals, its owners, and employees from any claims or liabilities arising out of your rental.
